05/29/2005: "Strawberry Festival"

So, today I heard The Crossmen again. This time, outside in God's beautiful sunshiney with a breeze kind of a day. Oh, and Sacred Heart... whose last song was BlueGrass.......

No comment. Well, maybe a comment. I don't much like bluegrass music, even if I'm from Ohio County now. I think it would have been better to hide the song somewheres in the middle of the program. The new girl, Dena, from California is going to really add to the group. A songwriter, personality AND a voice! kinda cute too!

Well, the Crossmen get better every chance they get! It was nice to see them outside in matching patriotic shirts, enjoying the good weather and the company. They didn't sing my favorite, but this was the first time for me to hear two of their renditions. ummmmm...... I always forget the titles. One of them was on my Kroeze's tape.... oh, "I'll have a new body, praise the Lord, I'll have a new life!" and their closing song. Way to go Darren! let me think..... ouch my brain hurts. I'll think of it next time. It's the one that starts with a recitation and was on the radio lately.... ends with the four of them in a cluster.... ummmmm.... Ouch, my brain again.

Speaking of which, Tuesday night is hugging night! Wahoo! the grandson! so, there will be some posting and pics on the way.

I think I need to post something on my PDA too. Next chance I get. Yeah, that's it. I'm sooooo busy, don'tcha know! (Hi JJ!)
