11/29/2005: "my internet service"
Today I'm not happy. Today I'm slower than molasses on January day. I think the wind blew my receiver off kilter, but I'm not sure.....
So, clunking along at slower than dialup speed isn't so bad if I'm just gonna type and send, but I have other stuff to do and it keeps timing out. Crappy poo.
So, feller, I think I'll be checking into some Bellsouth or Charter soon. I hate to pay their prices, but man oh man oh man do I dislike the slow. OTOH, old dogg is complaining about BS and they've dilly-dallyed around and not fixed his DSL yet, so maybe it's the nature of the animal.
Charter might be the way since digital just absolutely MUST get out here before too very long. I wouldn't change for a coupla days slowness, though. I love the wireless, and the price is fair. BUT..... it can't go on forever this way. Pout, pout, pout.... wouldn't be so bad if a guy would let me know what's up, like is it the system, or is it me. And if he knows about it.
